Healthy bowl recipes are not only popular but they are absolutely delicious. What I love most about bowl recipes is how versatile they are. You can do almost anything with them.

Most healthy bowl recipes are super freezer friendly as well. I love the concept of "cook once, eat twice". Healthy recipes can be made in bulk then frozen for future meals. So freaking convenient!

I'll admit I always find it hard to plan ahead when my life is chaotic. It's always super hard to stay on track when my life is crazy busy. That's where planning ahead comes in handy.

I love meal planningso when life goes bonkers I can just pull something out of the freezer. Freezer prep meals just make good sense. Yes, you can freeze casseroles but you can also freeze healthy bowl recipes!
